As we create rings to order - people regularly ask: “What if the design I ordered from a sketch or photo isn’t what I expected or doesn’t suit my finger after it’s made!” We take the risk. In fact - in the unlikely event that a customer isn’t happy with the ring/s we will modify or remake without any additional charge. This takes away any uncertainty the customer may have and makes the entire experience of ordering from us safe and enjoyable for them. This practice is common in the jewellery trade for mass produced shelf rings, but we are one of a very few quality jewellery makers that can offer this type of guarantee for custom handmade rings. Quality Guarantee (after customer receives ring/s):
Workmanship is guaranteed for life. Engagement, Wedding and Anniversary rings include free lifetime service (which covers: checking, polishing and cleaning – up to twice per year) and 1 *free resize (*if within 30 days after receiving ring/s), in most cases these services can be done on the spot while customer waits.
Repairs, resizing and restoring rings back to new is a discounted service that we also provide for our customers.
We can provide appraisals (for insurance purposes) and also immediate in house insurance cover.
Other complimentary and discounted services are also included with each ring / jewellery purchase.
