In addition to this assurance we also thoroughly check our diamonds and include independent gemmological grading reports by the world’s most recognised laboratories, eg: IGI, HRD, GIA.

A: Diamond Grade
The grade (Cut, Colour, Clarity, Carat weight) and any other specifications of diamond(s) supplied to customer will be exactly what they ordered (as shown on the order document).

B: Diamond Sparkle
The diamond/s supplied will physically appear and sparkle within the criteria of the grade ordered.

C: Time Frame*
Diamond/s will be supplied to customer within the allowed time (as shown on the order document).
