Method 1: For customers that want us to supply diamond(s) and create the diamond ring / jewellery for them.

Free consultation in person at our studio. After we provide information and quote(s) you can then decide to either proceed on the day or think about it, to possibly order another time. If you decide to order: A deposit using Visa, Master-Card, Eftpos or Cash is required. Balance is only payable by you when you are collecting the completed diamond ring / jewellery to your complete satisfaction.


Method 2: Ideal for customer’s that cannot visit our studio (eg: work restriction, interstate customers)

Like method 1 (above) - but without any personal consultation, instead it can be arranged by emailing or faxing sketches or photos and phone discussions. If you decide to order: A deposit using Visa, Master-Card or EFT is required. Balance is only payable when you collect completed diamond ring / jewellery or when we are sending to you.
