Hi Marcus,
My Husband and I first starting searching for diamond engagement/wedding rings in late 2003. 
We spoke to a lot of family and friends and intially went through the usual search engines, such as jewellery stores that were owned by a 'friend of a friend'.
From the many stores and internet sites that we searched, my husband and I became increasingly frustrated with egotistical jewellers and unprofessional service.
My Husband, thankfully, came across the website of ' Marcus Creation's ' and he printed off some information from the website.
Immediately, upon arrival the service and surroundings, were very personal and intimate. There was only 3 people in the room- my husband, myself and Marcus. It was very liberating knowing that we were not surrounded by other customers around us at a counter in a store .
We advised Marcus what we were after and he drafted some drawings for us & were brought in to Marcus' office at different stages whilst the rings were being made, this was to ensure that we, as customers, were happy with the progress.
Upon completion, the rings were wonderfully presented in our boxes and with our own polishing clothes and well as a certificate of Authenticity.
My Husband, in an evil partnership with Marcus also tricked me about the ring completion date, so i was proposed to 2 weeks earlier than i thought.
I love my rings. When i look at them, they reflect what my relationship is to me and represent the happiest period of my life with my husband...and thanks to Marcus- THE ULTIMATE customer satisfaction.
